Three more men were arrested in London on suspicions of possible terrorist activity-the latest in a string of suspected extremists collared by British authorities this month.
The men, ages 21, 24 and 25, were arrested in central London on Monday and are in custody, according to the BBC.
Police searched a west London business and four northwest London residences.
Officials said their arrests were connected to a foiled Islamist-related plan to attack the UK, according to the Independent.
Five other men, between ages 20 and 21, were arrested last week in connection to the foiled plot after police conducted early-morning anti-terror raids, CNN reported.
Police said the raids were part of an ongoing investigation into Islamist-related terrorism, according to the Guardian. One of the suspects is connected to the Islamic State, known as Isis, and one suspect may have had access to weapons.

The BBC reported that two unnamed men were released early Monday.
Only one of the five men was named: Tarik Hassane, a 21-year-old medical student who studied in Sudan and posted radical Islamist beliefs online.
In late September, British officials arrested at least 10 men on suspected terrorism charges, including encouraging terrorism and supporting a banned organization, according to CNN. They were detained in London and are between the ages of 22 and 51.
Metropolitan Police Commissioner Bernard Hogan-Howe told the BBC that those arrests were 'linked back to Syria and Iraq.'
