Pennsylvania police caught another glimpse of an at-large accused cop killer, but they still haven't caught him.
Investigators said they spotted an armed man in a rural part of Paradise Township Saturday, a source told CNN. He was wearing all black, and his face was covered in mud.
Police believe the man is Eric Matthew Frein, who allegedly attacked state police barracks last month, killing one state trooper and injuring a second.
But the rifle-wielding 31-year-old evaded capture - again.
Frein has dodged police numerous times during his five weeks on the lam. They've spotted him several times in a 5-square-mile area of Northeast Pennsylvania. He was always too far away, and police could not get to him through the difficult terrain, they said.
Last month, officers discovered Frein's campsite and a journal he used to detail the killing, but the suspect was nowhere to be found.
The manhunt costs police about $1.1 million a week.
Police believe Frein opened fire on police barracks in Blooming Grove on Sept. 12 during a shift change.
He shot and killed Cpl. Bryon Dickson, a seven-year veteran of the force, and critically injured another trooper, Alex Douglass, before he retreated into the wooded area around the barracks, police said.

Douglass was released from the hospital Thursday.
Frein is a skilled marksman who 'doesn't miss,' his dad said shortly after the shooting.
The self-taught survivalist learned gun skills from his Army father, spent time on his high school rifle team and joined a troop of war re-enactors after graduation.
Police believe he harbors a deep resentment for law enforcement and frequently talked about his gripes against officers.
