STAMFORD, Conn. (WTNH) - Two human skulls have been found at a Stamford garbage-processing station.
According to Stamford Police, the skulls were found by a worker sifting through the refuse Thursday afternoon at the garbage-processing station. The worker also found satanic and witchcraft related books in close proximity to the skulls.
Friday morning the remains were sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for further investigation. Police say it is unclear where the skulls came from, or how they ended up in the trash.
The investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with information related to these skulls is asked to call the Stamford Police Detective Bureau at 203-977-4417.
