Joe Biden: Being Vice President Can Be a 'Bitch'

At Harvard on Thursday, Vice President Joe Biden said that being the Vice President was 'a bitch,' although he insisted afterwards that he was only joking.

Biden dropped the comment during a forum at Harvard University's Institute of Politics, according to Boston Magazine.

During the Q-and-A portion of the event, a student identified himself as Sietse Goffard, the Harvard Vice President of the student council.

'Isn't it a bitch, that Vice President thing?' Biden quipped as the student body laughed.

'That was a joke,' Biden quickly added. 'I'm joking, I'm joking. Best decision I ever made.'
