Nationwide outages have been reported for many Time Warner Cable customers, according to the Business Insider.
Many are reporting that their cable and internet is out, and to make matters worse, Time Warner Cable website is down and no one is answering the phone lines.
Frustrated subscribes wrote about the situation online, making Time Warner a trending topic on Twitter.
More than 11 million residents and companies across the United States subscribe to Time Warner Cable.
There is no word on when the issues will be fixed.
