Justin Bieber is the target of another pending police probe after he allegedly tried to snatch a man's cell phone at an arcade in Hollywood, sources confirmed.

The 'Boyfriend' singer was at Dave & Busters around 9:30 Monday night and allegedly turned aggressive when he accused the man of recording him, a law enforcement source told the Daily News.

'There was a grab, but security people separated them very quickly,' the source said Tuesday.

'There is some limited security video. An incident took place, there's no doubt.'

The source said the alleged victim was 'tired' and wanted to go home with his grandson instead of sticking around to complete a police report.

The man promised to visit the LAPD station in Hollywood Tuesday to complete an official report, the source said.

If that happens, police will pursue the case further, the source said.

'There's definitely a pattern here. This is what (Bieber) does. He has a thing about people taking his picture, and he tries to get the video,' the source said.

Police who arrived on the scene at Dave & Busters did not interview Bieber, the source said.

Bieber was at the restauant with girlfriend Selena Gomez, TMZ.com reported.

Last May, a woman claimed Bieber confronted her at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park in Los Angeles, accused her of taking a video, wrestled her for her phone and reduced her 13-year-old daughter to tears.

Cops investigated, but prosecutors declined to file any charges.

Bieber, 20, is on probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor vandalism in July.

The Canadian crooner took his no-jail deal to settle allegations he egged his former neighbor's mansion in Calabasas, Calif., last January and caused around $20,000 worth of damage to its pricey plaster and imported wood exterior.

The judge ordered him to pay $80,900 in restitution to neighbors Jeff and Suzie Schwartz.

'He should take care of the stuff that he messes up. It shouldn't matter that he's a celebrity. He can't drive the way he does, say the things he does and destroy other people's property and get away with it,' Suzie Schwartz previously told The News.
