Brock Lesnar promised leading up to Summerslam that he would hurt WWE champion John Cena, but no one expected him to completely dominate the face of the company the way he did Sunday night in Los Angeles. Lesnar hit Cena with an F-5 seconds into the match, and it set the tone for what was an ugly, one-sided beatdown.
Lesnar delivered SIXTEEN German suplexes to Cena over the course of the match.
It seemed like Cena would eventually make a comeback and potentially win the match, but Lesnar never let up. After a final F-5 ended the match, fans inside the Staples Center were stunned.
