Thursday's Buzz: Should GOP put conditions on debt ceiling?

Now that both chambers in Congress have approved a budget deal to avoid a government shutdown in January, the next fiscal obstacle looms in February, when the government could run out of borrowing authority. Even Republican leaders who supported the budget compromise have said they expect some kind of concessions from President Obama before they'll vote for a debt ceiling increase. But the White House says the president won't negotiate over the limit -- the same position he took in October when the government came close to defaulting. Should Republicans back off any conditions or proceed as if the president is bluffing? What conditions, if any, do you think are appropriate? Who will deserve the blame if the two sides can't make a deal in time? Talk about it!
