Kevin P. Coughlin/New York Daily News/Kevin P. Coughlin/New York DailyMayor Bloomberg has taken his farewell tour to 30 Rock to appear on the 'Saturday Night Live Christmas Special.'
Seth Meyers introduced the outgoing mayor with host Jimmy Fallon on the show's 'Weekend Update' segment, asking what he'd be doing after he left office.
'I'll be fulfilling a lifelong dream of enjoying a small soda on a non-smoking beach,' said Bloomberg in his signature deadpan manner.
Bloomberg also joked about his efforts to connect with the Latin population.
'I applied to teach Spanish at a few universities but I'm told that accent isn't quite Bueno.'
When Meyers questioned Bloomberg on the possibility of Bloomberg said that was one of a number of career options he was considering.
'Seth, I don't know what the future holds: president, pope, naked cowboy,' he responded ambiguously.
An emotional Fallon got a little choked up when he talked about leaving 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' for 'The Tonight Show' in February.
Meyers turned to Bloomberg to ask if New Yorkers could expect tears when he leaves the office he's occupied for the last twelve years.
'I might. I'm a very emotional guy,' said Bloomberg.
Bloomberg was just one of several guest stars to appear on the 'SNL' holiday episode; Justin Timberlake, former Beatle Paul McCartney, Madonna and ex-Bee Gee Barry Gibb also joined in the festive antics.
