ANADARKO, Okla. - A quartet of men reportedly broke the latch to a trap door above a shower and crawled through a jail's plumbing system en route to their escape on early Sunday morning. Affiliate KFOR reports the four men, Prime Tounwin Brown, Triston Cheadle, Anthony James Mendonca and Dylan Ray Three Irons are still at-large after efforts to locate them in Caddo County, Okla. on Sunday were unsuccessful.
FOX News reports that the men were last seen at a car wash that is approximately one block from where they escaped. The men entered a pipe chase and came out of a door to an area that was not part of the detention center, springing their freedom.
'All they had to do was push the door and walk out because it's not in the jail,' Caddo County Sheriff Gene Cain told FOX affilaite KOKH.
Three of the men had already been sentenced and were awaiting transport to a state corrections facility. Cheadle had yet to face a jury on an armed robbery charge. Mendonca was found guilty of resisting arrest and carrying a concealed weapon, Brown for second-degree burglary and Three Irons for a probation violation.
