In honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, Gov. Mike Pence has directed flags at all state facilities to be lowered to half-staff Sunday, Dec. 7.
Gov. Pence has also invited businesses and residents to fly their flags at half-mast in honor of the men and women who died in the attack on Pearl Harbor Dec. 7, 1941, a news release from the governor's office said.
Flags should be lowered at sunrise and stay at half-staff until sunset, the release said.
