Oklahoma County District Court Judge Bernard M. Jones has denied the temporary injunction of Oklahoma City Public Schools on behalf of the Douglass football team asking to have all or part of its Class 3A quarterfinal game against Locust Grove replayed.

Judge Jones issued his order denying the injunction Thursday morning citing that 'there is neither clear nor convincing evidence supporting the granting of injunctive relief.'
Based on comments Wednesday by representatives of the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association, the 3A semifinal game between Locust Grove and Heritage Hall will be played as scheduled at 7 p.m. Friday at Sapulpa.
