Convicted sexual predator in Florida wins $3 million in lottery


FLORIDA -- A convicted sexual predator in Florida is rich after winning $3 million on a scratch-off ticket.


43-year-old Timothy Poole bought the ticket on Saturday at a convenience store near Orlando, according to


Poole was arrested for the sexual battery of a 9-year-old boy, according to WKMG. Poole was convicted of attempted sexual battery and served 13 months in prison.


Poole is a registered sexual predator in Florida.


In 2003, Poole reportedly had his probation revoked for not showing up to court-ordered counseling sessions. He spent an additional three years in jail.
