(Photo : Getty Images/Jason Merritt) The final coroner's report on Robin Williams' death was released, and it revealed that drugs or alcohol had nothing to do with the actor's suicide.

Robin Williams final autopsy report found that no alcohol or illegal drugs were in his body when he killed himself at his Northern California home in August, sheriff's officials revealed.

The Washington Post detailed the results released by the Marin County sheriff's office. The newspaper stated that the actor had taken prescription medications but in 'therapeutic concentrations.'

At the time of his death, the coroner's office ruled Williams death a suicide resulting from asphyxia due to hanging.

Williams wife, Susan Schneider, revealed the actor was struggling with depression, anxiety and a recent Parkinson's diagnosis.

According to the coroner's report, Schneider also told the police that Williams readmitted himself to rehab prior to his death not because of a relapse of symptoms, but to 'reaffirm the principles of his rehabilitation.'

The report stated that Williams had two types of antidepressants in his system when he died, as well as a Parkinson's medication, caffeine, and another ingredient found in tea and cocoa.

Williams was last seen alive by his wife when she went to bed the evening of Aug. 10. She woke up the next morning and left their home, thinking Williams was still asleep. Williams' assistant found the actor's body after repeated knocks to his door went unanswered.

The actor was also found with superficial cuts on his wrist. A pocketknife was found near his body.

The Washington Post also revealed specific details about the coroner's report, stating the legendary actor's 'prior medical history reportedly included depression, Parkinson's disease and a recent increase in paranoia.' New evidence released explained that Williams had stashed several watches in a sock the day before his body was found.

The coroner's report also revealed, 'Yesterday the subject reportedly became concerned about several of his wrist watches, which wife Susan Schneider attributed to the typical signs of paranoia he had been displaying. The subject secured several watches in a sock and drove them to his house.'

One of the actor's final films, 'Night at The Museum 3, Secret of the Tomb' will be released December 14, 2014. The film was also legendary actor Mickey Rooney's final film prior to his death.
