U.S. Foreign Minister John Kerry, his Iranian counterpart Mohammed Javad Zarif and the EU's envoy to the nuclear negotiations, Catherine Ashton, will hold a tripartite summit on November 9 in Muskat, Oman in attempt to reach a breakthrough leading to a permanent agreement on the Iranian nuclear program by the official deadline of November 24.
