Gmail team launches Inbox

Google has launched a new service which aims to streamline and simplify your emails.

Inbox by Gmail has a variety of new features to help users make sense of their... inbox.

For one, the Bundles feature smartly organises promo emails, purchase notifications (e.g. from Amazon, eBay or elsewhere), travel-related emails and more.

Inspired by Google Now, Inbox also brings a card-based Highlights system, allowing you to view order updates, flight information, reservation details and pictures without having to actually open up the emails.

Inbox also brings an integrated Reminder feature and the ability to snooze emails (akin to the popular Mailbox app).

To request an invite for Inbox, you'll need to send an email to the Inbox team.
