A brave 13-year-old girl who fought off a shark that bit her TWICE has posted pictures of her injuries online.
Aussie Kirra-Belle Olsson was surfing on Avoca Beach north of Sydney when the metre-long beast approached and took a bite out of her ankle.
She told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation how the shark then went for her calf and tried to drag her from her board and under the sea.
'It just swung me around and tried to pull me under and I saw the tail and ... I really didn't know what to do so I just started screaming.'
Kirra-Belle was so shocked she says she started laughing before she eventually made her getaway and swam to safety.

The brave teen told Seven Network: 'I paddled... in shock - just started laughing, I was like, 'Whoa, what the hell, I just got bitten by a shark.''
Earlier today, the competition surfer posted pictures of her injuries to Facebook with the caption 'Got attacked by a shark.'

Friends and relatives posted get well soon messages on her page, Lara Pratt wrote: 'Wear those scars like a badge of honour! Wishing you a speedy recovery kiddo.'
Sally Watkins wrote: 'Wow - that's incredible... you must have been so brave!'
Diane Wade commented: 'All our love to you for a speedy recovery, we are still thanking God that it wasn't worse - Love you darling girl from Nana & Pop Garry.'
The species of shark wasn't identified but police believe it to have been around 1 metre long.
There have been seven fatal shark attacks in South Australia since 2000 - with all of them being attributed to great white sharks.

On 8 February earlier this year, 28-year-old Sam Kellet was believed to have been killed by a great white shark while spear fishing - although his body has not been found.
Earlier this month art teacher Amanda Brewer, 25, captured the above extreme close-up photograph of a great white shark - that might just be the best of its kind.
She told Time Lightbox: 'When you're there and you're in their presence, it's not scary.
'They're beautiful and graceful, and you can see how intelligent they are.'
