Chris Brown was released from a Los Angeles County jail early Monday morning.
The embattled R&B singer, 25, was released from the facility just after midnight, police authorities confirmed to the Associated Press, though other details about his release were not given.
The singer, who has been in police custody since March, was sentenced to 131 days in jail on May 9 after a judge ruled that he violated terms of his probation - stemming from the 2009 assault case for his attack on former girlfriend Rihanna - when he got into an altercation in Washington D.C. last October.
Brown was given credit for time served in rehab, and 59 days previously spent behind bars, TMZ reports.
His release comes after serving a total of 108 days. The trial for the Washington D.C. hotel altercation is expected to begin later this year.
