Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling tells his girlfriend, V. Stiviano, that he doesn't want her posting pictures of minorities or bringing African-Americans to his games, according to explosive audio obtained by TMZ Sports.

This includes NBA legend Magic Johnson, whom Stiviano was seen with in a photo on Instagram, which infuriated Sterling. , 'It's a shame that Donald Sterling feels that way about African-Americans.'

The Lakers legend tweeted Saturday: 'I feel sorry for my friends Coach Doc Rivers and Chris Paul that they have to work for a man that feels that way about African Americans.'

Magic called Sterling's comments 'a black eye' for the NBA.

During the alleged argument with Stiviano, who herself is black and Mexican, he asked, 'Why are you taking pictures with minorities? Why?'

Stiviano: 'People call you and tell you that I have black people on my Instagram, and it bothers you?'

Sterling: 'Yeah, it bothers me a lot that you want to promo... broadcast that you're associating with black people.'

Multiple times during the call that is allegedly between Sterling and Stiviano, the Clippers owner claimed to not hate minorities, but explained that he doesn't want Stiviano to publicize any sort of relationship with them.

'I'm sorry that you're still racist in your heart,' she said.

A source told the Los Angeles Daily News that the Clippers players held a team meeting Friday night to discuss the situation.

The Clippers, who finished third in the Western Conference with a 57-25 record, play Game 4 of their first-round playoff series against the Golden State Warriors on Sunday. L.A. leads the series, 2-1.

The Rev. Al Sharpton called on the NBA to launch an immediate investigation into Sterling.

'No one should be allowed to own a team if they have in fact engaged in this kind of racial language,' Sharpton told TMZ Sports. 'We are prepared at National Action Network to rally in front of the NBA headquarters if this matter is not immediately dealt with.'

'Remarks heard on the recording are disturbing and offensive,' the NBA said in a statement, 'but at this time we have no further information. We are in the process of conducting a full investigation into the audio recording obtained by TMZ.'
