Rachel Canning's thrown in the towel.

The New Jersey teen who tried to force her parents to pay her bills has finally returned home, her parents' lawyer announced.

The 18-year-old cheerleader has 'reunited with her parents and siblings,' attorney Angelo Sarno said in a statement. 'Her return home is not contingent on any financial and/or other considerations.'

A press conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in Roseland.

Rachel had been living with a best friend after moving out of her parents' Lincoln Park home in October.

Canning took parents Sean and Elizabeth Canning to court after they stopped supporting her lifestyle. The mom and dad had had enough of their daughter's wild behavior and refusal to follow simple house rules--like keeping curfew and being respectful. She would often drink alcohol on weeknights and didn't want to listen to her parents' advice about a boyfriend whom they believed was a bad influence.

Like many teenagers before her, Rachel didn't want to listen to her parents' advice. But she took it one step further by moving out and hauling her parents into court.

The teen wanted her parents to continue footing the bill for private school tuition. She also wanted them to pay for child support, her future college tuition, and all the legal fees she's racked up.

A judge refused to grant Rachel's request last week.
