Grammy award-winning singer Anita Baker has a warrant out for her arrest.
The 56-year-old star reportedly failed to show up to court over a $15,000 dispute with a painting and decorating company for work done to her Grosse Pointe, Mich home in 2011.

The 'Sweet Love' songstress took to Twitter to address her shock over the legal situation.
'WHATTT??!!... sittin' in the kitchen watching this on TV. BIG time crazy,' she wrote.

According to TMZ, court records show that the bench warrant was issued on Wednesday.
'We're not trying to give her any hard time or anything unnecessary. We just would like to collect the money for my client,' Daniel Gerow, the attorney that represents Ray Smith Painting and Decorating, told ClickOnDetroit.com.
'He's owed the money, and that could end it all right then.'
